What's Our Protocol, Anyway?

Like most of you, most of us are entirely new to the ins and outs of canonical administrative procedures in the life of the Catholic Church. However, people have been in just this place before and have even developed a protocol for engaging both in fruitful dialogue with the hierarchy of the Catholic Church and taking advantage of her administrative processes when dealing with consolidations, church and school closures, and like matters. We received the attached "Effective Lay Witness Protocol" from Catholics United for the Faith, which works hand in hand with the St. Joseph Foundation. It contains the general roadmap and operating principles by which the Friends of St. Paul carry out our mission in the territory of our parish.
